Welcome and thank you for visiting. The intention of this site is to promote and teach Bengali culture and literature to our next generation so that they are not isolated from their parents’ culture and ethnicity. While the intent is not to force our children to learn the Bengali language or culture, we do have a duty and a moral obligation to provide the opportunity for them to learn our heritage, language, and history so that their lives may be enriched and they will understand and cherish their rich Bengali culture.

-To create a platform for all interested individuals to participate in national celebrations of Bangla culture.

Who are We?_____________________
There is no definitive answer for who we are. We are basically the families of the Reno Bengali community who believe retaining our cultural heritage is crucial, and that we must not deprive our children from learning it.
Our Achievements__________________
Since 1993 we have been completely aligned with our mission and objectives. We have been celerbrating Bangladesh national occasions like Bijoy Dibosh, Shadinota Dibosh, Ekushe February, and Pohela Boishak to promote Bangla culture. We have taught our children Bangla language. We have promoted Bangla culture in international community by participating in Multi-cultural festivals at University of Nevada Reno and Truckee Meadows Community College.
